First, thanks very much for purchasing a Sparky’s Brands product.

We strive to make the best products possible, free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a problem we will always do our best to make it right.

We care about your case and want to get you back on your bike as soon as possible. That’s why we will respond to your submission within one day of receipt. If the part is covered by our warranty, it will generally take 7-10 days to get you a replacement.

Please review the information below to help determine if your problem is covered by our limited warranty.

This warranty is for the original purchaser and owner of the Sparky’s Brands part.

All Sparky’s Brands parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.

Normal wear, improper use or assembly and abuse are not covered.

Process

If you live in the USA please contact the retail outlet that you purchased the item from first. If they cannot help you, please contact the Sparky’s Brands distributor in the country you purchased it from.

If you live outside the USA and bought your part from a mail order company based in the USA, you must warranty that part in the USA with that mail order company.

If you live in the USA please contact the retail outlet / mail order that you purchased the item from first. If they cannot help you, please contact Sparky’s Brands by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page or by calling 407-599-7255.

After the claim has been received, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Send the item to Sparky’s Brands with the RMA number clearly written on the box. Also include the proof of purchase (if required) to Sparky’s Brands for inspection.

Once Sparky’s Brands has received the item, you will be contacted regarding the status of your claim.

Frames, Forks, Bars, & Cranks

All Sparky’s Brands frames, bars, forks and cranks have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes anything
that looks to be incorrect or is defective with the product after purchase.

Please inspect your new Sparky’s Brands parts before installing. We realize it may take some time to see these so you have 30 days to notify Sparky’s Brands of the problem.

Additionally, all Sparky’s Brands frames, bars, forks and cranks have a 1 year warranty against cracking and breaks at the welds.

Hubs

Sparky’s Brands hubs have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes anything that looks to be incorrect or
is defective with the product after purchase.

Please inspect your new Sparky’s Brands parts before installing. We realize it may take some time to see these so you have 30 days to notify Sparky’s Brands of the problem.

Additionally, all Sparky’s Brands hubs have a 6 month warranty against cracking and breaking of the hub shell and axle.

Complete Bikes

Regardless of where you purchased this Bike it should be assembled by a professional bike mechanic.

The Bike comes as a partial build for shipping only, and is not adjusted for riding.

Subrosa complete bike frames and forks have a 6 month warranty against cracking/breaks.

All other components on the bike have a 30 day warranty against defects.

Other Components

All products not listed above have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes anything that looks to be incorrect or is defective with the product after purchase.

Please inspect your new Subrosa parts before installing. We realize it may take some time to see these so you have 30 days to notify Subrosa of the problem.

All products will be treated on a case by case basis – please contact us if you feel your product is defective.

Sparky’s Brands assumes no responsibility for personal injury which may be caused by accident, or negligence. Always inspect your equipment before riding, and have a professional check it at regular intervals.
